When you book an appointment, make a payment, or otherwise use a third-party platform, you do so on that provider's website and are subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third party, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

7. Appointments, Scheduling, and Payments

Appointment scheduling and any payments take place on a separate third-party scheduling platform, not on this Site. Any cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund, or payment policies are provided through that platform or directly by the practice and are separate from these Terms.

8. Electronic Communications and Messaging

By providing your email address or mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and text message, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

If you submit information, questions, or other content to us through the Site, you grant us the right to use that content to respond to you and operate our practice. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that it does not violate any law or third-party right. Do not submit confidential health details through Site forms or the chat assistant; use the secure channels we provide for clinical communications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at WellnessAlternativesMI@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be addressed this way.

Venue. You agree that any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. General

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
